My Philips Sonicare AirFloss reservoir lid fell off

Published on 22 August 2024
If the reservoir lid of your AirFloss fell off, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.

We recommend you follow the steps in the order listed below. In between steps, check to see if the issue is resolved before moving to the next.
If the reservoir door falls from the handle, this can happen when the door hinges come off from the slots at the bottom of the reservoir opening. Try to snap the reservoir door back on by simply placing the door hinges into the slots.

If the hinges of your reservoir lid are broken, or the lid will not stay in place, a new lid may be necessary. You can order a new lid by searching for product number CRP122/01 at Philips.com or any other spare part retailer.
If none of these tips help, your AirFloss may be damaged internally. We recommend that you request an exchange  for your AirFloss if within warranty.
