There is a constant or flashing light on my Philips Air Purifier
Updated on 2022-06-24
If there is a constant or flashing light on your Philips Air Purifier, read below to find out the possible causes.
The filter needs to be replaced or cleaned
When the filter needs to be replaced or cleaned, a light indication, icon or code will light up constantly or flash on your Philips Air Purifier. Once the filter is cleaned or replaced, please reset the filter lifetime counter (as indicated in the user manual). The light indication, icon or code will go off.
There is a malfunction
If an error indication (E1, E2, E3 or E4) is displaying, this indicates there is a malfunction in your purifier. In this case, we advise you to contact Philips After-Sale Service.
Note: Error indication, filter cleaning and replacement alerts, codes and icons are different in each model, please refer to the User Manual specific for your model
