If your Philips Food Processor cannot knead the dough well, follow our troubleshooting advice below to solve this issue.
If more than 500 grams of flour is put into the bowl at a time, your food processor may not give the best results. Split the ingredients into several batches less than 500 grams to knead your dough.
If the dough is too tough, reduce the weight of ingredients around 350 - 400 grams to knead your dough.
We do not recommend re-kneading in the bowl as it may make your Philips Food Processor unstable. In this case, you can re-knead by hand only.
