The battery is empty
To charge the battery, connect the appliance to the charging station or attach the handheld (with the battery installed) directly to the power plug of the adapter.
The appliance has an internal malfunction
When your appliance has an internal malfunction, the buttons will not respond, and the screen will remain blank. You can try the following steps to fix the issue:
The battery is empty
When the battery is empty, you see a flashing “00” icon on the display. To charge the battery, connect the appliance to the charging station or attach the handheld directly to the magnet on the charging station.
The appliance has an internal malfunction
When your appliance has an internal malfunction, the buttons will not respond, and the screen will remain blank.
Please connect the appliance to the charging station or attach the handheld directly to the magnet on the charging station and check the display. Once the appliance starts charging, you may continue to use the appliance as usual.

The temperature of the appliance is too hot or too cold
Store and charge the appliance at a temperature between 5 °C and 40 °C.

Remove the appliance from the adapter before restarting it.
