My Philips Fan produces a strange smell

The first few times you use your appliance, you may smell a plastic scent that is normal for new appliances. However, if the fan produces a burnt smell, turn it off, unplug it from the wall socket, and contact us for further assistance.

Your tower fan is equipped with an aroma diffuser to use with essential oil. The scent of essential oil could change or become weaker after applying it for a while. Please replace it with a clean aroma pad.
